I reach out to the nurse to say, "thank you..."
Hi Meredith, I never thanked you for your part in my aneurysm experience... Amy told me that it was you who spoke to me, and suggested that she get me to the hospital ASAP. It turns out, it was a great idea!I'm sure she has told you that I had an aneurysm. I wanted to say "Thank you" for your part in the huge effort to save my life. And, I wanted to tell you how I'm doing.I'm doing well. In fact, I've completed my therapies, and I recently had both an EEG and a CAT scan -- and, the results were good. The EEG was normal, and the CAT scan showed no abnormalities (other than the fact that I had an aneurysm). I'm now driving again, wearing heels and makeup -- and working hard to pick up the pieces of my life - and get on with living an independent life again.I need to make sure I don't forget to say thank you to you for being there and playing the big part you played. You may not think about how important your role was in the fact that I'm here today. So, let me be the one to say, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!I have a life and a future to celebrate because you made time for me (a person you didn't even know...). Have a wonderful day, Meredith. Please know that you're very special -- I think you are an Angel! Most sincerely,Camille
