Hi Camille,
I am happy that we are once again connected. I am elated that you are recovering well. I knew about your illness and visited you at Emory while you were in a coma. In fact, the last time I came to see you, you were awake. I was sooooo happy to look into your eyes. God is so good and He is doing great things for all of us. I put your name on numerous prayer lists. So now I can update all of my friends who have been praying for you.
I am still unemployed. I have a phone interview on Wednesday for a position in Florida. I have also been approached for a postion in California. I don't want to leave Atlanta but I will if necessary.
My daughter graduated from NC A&T on May 9th with a degree in journalism. She too is unemployed and looking for something in the magazine field. I pray that something comes along for her. If not, I am trying to convince her to go to grad school.
Before you got sick, you asked me to tutor you in math. Did you still have that desire? Also, where are you living now? Someone from your office told me that you are in Virginia with your brother. I would love to see you.
Linda

Face book has been huge during my recovery process. (It’s been almost seven months now, since my aneurysm and stroke. Most of the research I’ve done has said it takes about that long to recover, for those who do survive). Looks like, I’m part of those numbers… I seem to be right on time.) Facebook has been my primary resource for keeping in touch with people. Otherwise, I think I’d really be lost.
I was so happy to find out that she was at the hospital while I was in the coma. I'm finding that a few people didn't write in the journal book. They either didn't see it or they came before there was a book to sign.
I continue to find out who else came to see me during that time through Facebook. I'm so glad we've reconnected!
