I am thankful, as I move forward in good health ...

Last week, I received a clean bill of health from my neurologist. She informed me that the results from my recent CAT scan were good. It showed a scar similar to a wound from a cut that had healed. She also had the results from a recent EEG I had taken. Those results were normal. In short, I can celebrate the fact that I have a true survival story. Like our Vice President, Joe Biden and like Quincy Jones, one of the most talented entertainers in the music industry who also recovered from an aneurysm – I can say too that I’ve fully recovered! Thank you, Lord Jesus and God, Jehovah. I praise your name with my testimony!

I ask you for your guidance as I move forward. Father, you have tested and challenged my faith, and through my experience just like the story of the three disciples in the boat, you have all ways been here with me. You’ve never left me. (Mark 4:35-41) You’ve placed people in my life that you have used to bless me I'm grateful and I praise you. Now, I have a responsibility to give back. It will be a long process, and I know I won’t be able to accomplish anything without you. As Proverbs tells me to trust in you with all my heart, and to lean not to my own understanding and then you will set my path straight, I embrace these words. You have a plan for me, and whatever it is I know you will make it apparent in due time. I don’t know what you have in store for me. But, I trust you – and, I want to stay close to you.

“Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And, lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil."
